Saigon Cuisine is a family owned business, located in a beautiful area of Santa Ana, California beside the South Coast Plaza, one of the largest shopping Centers in the world. Also nearby is the Orange County Performing Arts Center. So, whether you're out for a day of endless shopping or en evening at the theater, you'll find a very fine Vietnamese meal awaiting you at the Saigon Cuisine.
Saigon Cuisine had its beginnings years ago in the kitchen of Lee Phan. Lee and her sisters always shared in taking care of the family. While one sister loved to sew, another loved to bake and decorate cakes, but Lee heart was in the fine art of cooking. As she began to experiment more and more with many favorite Vietnamese family recipes, adding much of her own creativity, she soon discovered a passion and a great talent in the culinary art of Vietnamese cooking. As Lee began to get resounding raves from family and friends about the amazing quality and great taste of all of her distinct dishes, she decided to share her great gift with anyone that would come and taste.
Lee know that the time had come, she must open her own restaurant. Keeping in mind her passion for creating fine Vietnamese meals using the finest and freshest ingredients and her goal of serving every one of her distinct dishes in the most amazingly creative way, Lee was ready for the challenge. So, in 2003, Lee opened the doors to a thriving eating experience that is now known as Saigon Cuisine. Come and taste the difference !
